Made it 4 whole years… and then there was one bad day where that streak ended.
If you relate to my last post at all I’m SO sorry. I’m here for you, and I love you.
A month ago I was seriously considering taking my own life because some psychiatrist thought it was a good idea to f with my brain chemistry. Today I am not 100% better but I’m on my way there and I am so lucky and grateful I didn’t go through with it.
The pain I feel on a daily basis without medication is so fucking unbearable.
I really REALLY really really wish I had the option to not take any sort of psych meds but I learned yesterday that I do not have that option. And it sucks.
It went from “I have depression” to “I have MDD, OCD, BPD, panic disorder, and PTSD” NO WONDER I’m so miserable every damn day.
I GENUINELY do not understand how I have been so drugged up recently and I am STILL incredibly depressed. I JUST want to feel like myself again 😭
Paresthesia, auditory hallucinations, and depersonalization/derealization have been controlling my life recently. Mental disorders are so draining. I feel like a shell of a human. For no reason at all, everything is fine yet my brain and nervous system are fighting to survive.
I unfortunately have spent almost $1000 on my hair this year and I fucking hate it. I just want it to be brunette again. I hate blonde on me. I HATE looking in the mirror.
The thought of an upcoming concert is the only thing keeping me going right now.
Fuck taking meds, but also fuck not taking meds ?? I’m so over this shit. I’m miserable.
Update: my dog in fact did not make it through getting his shots.. he said absolutely not and now we have to come back next week.
Taking my dog to the vet is so hard. I hate hearing him cry when he has to get shots 😭😭 my heart is so sad.
My 3 month old kitten is more emotionally intelligent than most men.
My brain doesn’t know how to create happy chemicals when it is hot outside. I’m so miserable. I HATE the heat.

Oh my goodness gracious look at this perfect face 🧡🤗🩷
not to be dramatic but september 18 is about to be the best day of my life
this is on god the project that has saved my life countless times and the one I truly believe to be a piece of rare and unfettered genius the likes of which can’t be replicated and I am SO fucking excited
