I see a lot of parents want their kid to play on the offensive side of the ppl. Either QB or receiver mannnn if y’all don’t come over to the defensive side. Look at how many scholarships school have to give DBs and linebackers. Y’all better stop playing.

That’s the difference, you have to get your kid in front of coaches. AAU isn’t the only source to get seen anymore. Consistency is key. Post once a day or every other day and tag schools, coaches and beat writers if your kid has good film trust there will be a coach DMing you.

Find camps and take your kid to them. You never know who’s willing to offer your athlete. Lazy parents create lazy kids. There is nothing wrong with chasing the offer. You might see a kid that your kid is way better than and you’re wondering how they got an offer ?

Your athlete already has too much on their plate with school, workouts, practice etc. If you want to help your kid get recruited you have to be just as involved in the process. You might have a scholarship worthy athlete but leaving your kid to do all the work.

One thing I’m learning is your kid has to have a IG and a X account to help with recruiting. Those account should strictly be for posting game highlights and workouts. Parents should be the ones handling those accounts. Coaches are recruiting off social media now
