I know I'm in a minority, but I don't mind paying a few extra pence in the pound in tax to pay for services. What I object to is the mega rich paying less tax than me. Of course, we all know additional taxes raised will be spunked rather than invested fairly.

Why do people think that inflation coming down will mean cheaper prices in the shops? Inflation coming down just means prices are rising less quickly. At least, that's what we were taught in school 40-odd years ago. Has something changed?

Tax rich people? Make Mone, Bamford, Zahawi and all the rest pay back what they have swindled? Make massive corporations pay tax? Cut ministers expenses and allowances? Or just take benefits away from people in need, which is much more likely.
