I have my ADHD assessment tomorrow and OHMYGOD I’m so stressed and nervous about it 😖😖😖

Just been to doctors to have a further assessment as wanted to get some support for my BPD/EUPD. Currently trying not to cry sat in Starbucks because the doctor said she’s questioning my initial BPD diagnosis. Am I just a shitty human being then? Shit is heavy to process man💔
