Too much content consumption can invite these evils to you : feeling exhausting, disturbed mental piece, hard to differentiate b/w real and fake, struggling making decisions, cheap dopamine etc. Above mentioned became my best friends when I consumed a lot content Your opinions?

Don't beleive anyone on social media? You'll ask why? It is filled with full of highly manipulating people who care only about them. They know everything that would influence you to do as they said and you may not even get to know. Do your own research before falling in trap
