Brand new Lower Broughton Health Centre moves a step closer – all planning and funding now approved.

Looks like it’s going to be another busy year at ZCap – we’re hard at work finalising Lower Broughton Health Centre, undertaking planning applications for Walkden and Irlam schemes and a masterplan for a new medical centre & rehab unit in Salford, with lots more in the pipeline.

ZCap 2021 roundup – one £6m project completed, 5 projects totalling £29m in design phase, £42m of new build enquiries, £34m of sale and lease back enquiries

#NewProjectAlert Gill Medical Centre - 320sq.m of new primary care space within an existing landmark building. This new medical centre in Salford will provide modern facilities for GP services and primary care, adjacent to the main practice building #NHSEstate #PrimaryCare

Irlham Community Hub will be 2,300sq.m of new primary and community care and complementary retail space to develop an existing medical centre into a Community Hub #ZCap projects #NewProject

Another new project in the pipeline: Limes Medical Centre, Salford – 800sq.m new-build to relocate growing GP practice to extend their services into a purpose built facility. Accelerated delivery needs due to existing property pressures mitigated by ZCap speed of delivery

New project update: Lower Broughton Health Centre - 2,200sq.m of new primary and secondary care and complementary retail, to be developed as part of a local Authority Urban Regeneration of a district centre.
