Also, no proper appeals mechanism that allows you to explain. @eflow_freeflow At the very least, make the person aware there is a fee to pay in the first place. I can imagine this is an incredibly common occurrence for those not familiar with the m50.

So @eflow_freeflow sent me a penalty letter today and when I tried to chat with them earlier the staff member hung up on our chat! 😳 No notification, no payment letter, just a penalty notice months after I passed the m50 toll that I wasn't even aware of.
