This time next week I’ll be back at the Alton Towers Resort for the opening day of Scarefest 2025!! Can’t wait to see all the decorations and to check out the brand new scare maze and scare zone as spooky season begins again 🎃
The Wild Swings are certainly becoming more popular as Liseberg confirms their version ‘Stormwave’ is coming in 2026. This looks to be the XL model, featuring 12 riders back to back instead of the usual 8 🤩
Purgatory Town is the new interactive scare zone at Thorpe Park for 2025 where the condemned wander the streets of Big Easy Boulevard!
A new attraction is coming to Gronalund in Sweden next year! This new Super Jumper flat ride is simply called ‘The Spider’. Love the theming for it though! 🕷️ 🕷️
It’s been far too long since riding the incredible Fury 325 at Carowinds, B&Ms tallest, fastest and longest coaster. I think we should fix that 🤔

Magma has now completed its last ever operations at Paultons Park. This 82ft SBF Visa drop tower has operated at the park since 2012 and will soon move to its new home 😊

Today is Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockits final day of operations at Universal Studios Florida. This Maurer X-Car coaster opened back in 2009 and has dominated the parks skyline for the past 16 years. Will you be sad to see this coaster go?
