@McDonaldsUK Missing some mozzarella dippers from my order today from your store in Lytham. Solution was to drive back. I can’t do that as it was my lunch break. Disappointed.

@AerLingus the chat bot on both Facebook messenger and WhatsApp keeps leaving me hanging for more than a day. When I get a reply, it then takes me back to the start when I reply. Help?

@McDonaldsUK Your store in Lytham, St Anne’s is the worst McDonalds in the country! We have been stuck in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes now. There is cars above and behind and therefore cannot leave. I only wanted a hot drink! It shouldn’t take this long!

@WixHelp I need help as I have paid a subscription to your premium account but I no longer have a premium account and it has been cancelled. The payment was only taken today and I cancelled a few days ago.

🥳 🙌 💥 New limited edition #TwirlCaramel is very limited and very delicious. So we hid our ads to #ControlTwirlHype. But you found one and now you know how to claim your Twirl Caramel. Just keep it on the down-low, OK?

@McDonaldsUK Ordered a vegetable deluxe from your store in Blackpool, Squires Gate and I was given a chicken burger! I am very upset as I am a vegetarian and now don’t have any lunch 😭

@dplusUKsupport Hey, constantly getting buffering when trying to watch content on my fire stick. My internet speed is fine, no one else on the internet and other apps work fine too. Suggestions?

@McDonaldsUK Ordered from your Cheshire Oaks store this afternoon. We were in the middle of a house move and needed something quick and easy. Our entire order was cold and we were give two burger patties instead of the chicken nuggets we’d ordered. Disgusting!

@Go_CheshireWest Hi, can I return library books at the moment? I am moving to Blackpool soon and have a large selection that I'd borrowed before lockdown. Thanks

@parcelforce Hi, I was supposed to receive a parcel today. I never left my home as a result and then I got a text message saying they attempted to deliver but couldn’t and a card was pushed through the door. Neither of these things happened though.
