@OsbornOn1 Waiting for a delivery from DPD. They keep telling me lie after lie, only notify me a hour after they've been,can't contact any humans at all and today they've blocked me from the chat bot they use. They are even ignoring the company sending the parcel to me.

Oh DPD. You attempted a delivery at 1.47pm. The gate was open. House name is still on the gate. Drive was clear. Front door step is still in the same place. Barn door is still in the same place. It was raining (not much) & there's a bit of a breeze. Whatever went wrong this time?

@Parcelforce I am switching to DPD, as Parcelforce customer service is beyond a joke, Your websites telling me "Parcel waiting drop off" Royal Mail website telling me there was an attempted delivery 8th Nov, 60 min on phone Fri to get it redelivered today & this hasn't happened!

Sooo @NespressoUK arrange for a delivery today (Monday). On Sunday I get an email from DPD saying "it'll come today by ten, that cool" and I'm like???? While I'm at work on a night shift??? No? So reschedule for Monday. Been waiting all day, no text or email from DPD.
