@thameswater hi, I’m trying to call your revenue department but it cuts off when it says you’re transferring me to speak to someone, tried 5 times. Is there a problem with your phone lines? It was fine yesterday

@RoyalMailHelp They don’t have a record I’ve asked asos. I didn’t get a receipt though? I can tell you the time and date I posted from the post office self service machine?

@RoyalMailHelp hi; I posted an ASOS return 4 weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived, it was at a self service machine and I didn’t get a proof of postage. I have the time and date it was posted. The parcel had a value of over £100!
