Mills College just announced an affiliation with Northeastern University in Boston. It means that a) Mills will not close as previously planned and b) will become co-ed. Details tbd.

We in the Mills staff union joined CCA staff and adjuncts in an action to get CCA administrators to take contract negotiations seriously. Mills and CCA administrations are represented by the same law firm.
