Hi @qrsupport can you help with this please? I'm a BA Silver/Oneworld Sapphire status holder but your app does this. 3 of the 4 flights are with Qatar Airways, 1 is with Finnair. I cannot look at seat maps at all on your website; there isn't an option at all in Manage Booking.

Imagine going through airport security with a swiss army knife and two pairs of scissors in your hand luggage and being surprised when you get told off and that you need to check or bin them. How these people manage to function on a daily basis is truly baffling.

I still don't understand these god damn Tier Point changes. It's so badly explained by @British_Airways. Who signed off on the wording? I'm sure that because my collection year ends in November that I'm being totally screwed over as almost all my TP acquisition is pre-April '24.

The Qantas business class lounge at LAX is faaaaaar nice than the Qantas First Class lounge imo - it doesn't have any personality; it feels a bit 'normal'.

I went to bed at 2230h as I was exhausted. Woke up at 0130h for a wee, then managed to sleep through until 0530h. Not sooooo bad but it's still bloody early. Damn you jetlag 😫
