Not if they get out of short term treasuries as they should. The basket approach heavily weighted toward sovereign debt makes stable yields inversely correlated with economic health. It's a perverse incentive.

"Prices will never rise when all money is bitcoin." Er, does the OP realize that the money supply isn't the only variable? BTC doesn't rewrite the laws of supply and demand. It doesn't cure cattle diseases, or keep feed crops from failing, or the cost of diesel from going up.

Once we tokenize the entire US money supply we can back it with whatever we want. No more non-redeemability. It's literally taking power out of the Fed's hands. Surely you see this. It's simultaneously a solution to bitcoin's coming liquidity crisis.

Clever biblical reference, but do you support KYC/AML? Same principle. Those exist to dent banking services to ordinary people for wrongthink. Meanwhile, planetary scale money laundering goes on in plain sight with full knowledge of banks/regulators.
