@SAPrimeMeridian Since on 13 May 2022 Prime Meridian is not authorising a quote for repairer. Today I called them they play hide & seek. This is unfair but I paid money every month.

@TonySto74753556 They did the same thing to me. @SAPrimeMeridian towed my car using first help. The next thing im told panel beaters are closed until end of jan next year. So i want my car they say its in krugersdorp when i got there the car is nowhere to be found. I fought..

Police chasing 4 criminals in a Toyota, which collided with me. A First Help arrived and apeared to be quite helpful. As it turned out, he lied. It also cost me R15,000 to get my car released from their lot. As a pensioner that is highway robbery. Disgusted.

@SAPrimeMeridian I have a simplest question about this insurance, I've been paying for 2 years and never claimed and now my vehicle broke down in the middle of the road in December fine you said you don't cover the engine parts ok. My policy allows me to hire a vehicle

Prime Meridian Direct insurance (PMD) I have car insurance with PMD. I had an accident on 30 September 2022. They have declined my claim based on the fact that I left the accident scene fearing for my safety. They are refusing to settle my written off car.
