If you don't know any reviewers who can evaluate qualitative work, say so in the CFP. Statements like "The paper is missing structure for replicating and scaling interviews" say little about the research but a lot about the reviewers' methodological prejudice and narrowness.

I know the recent violence definitely doesn't represent most of the majority, but as a Bangladeshi minority, I appreciate them speaking up like for other issues in country. While some opportunists are exaggerating the incidents, denying/downplaying the violence is also unjust.
