To start I like to do nice slow but explosive pushups just to get warmed up Usually I'll do 15-20 reps. A lot of people think heavy weight is the key to building muscle but it's really about finding ways to break down your muscles to allow them to repair which leads to growth

Next I'll find a couch and/or counter top ( will show in next video) to do more push ups because who wants to just lay on the ground all day 😅🤣. While doing this still control your movement to get the most out of this workout

After doing the incline push ups I then either put my feet up on a couch or stairs to make the push ups more difficult. While doing them I thought I was going slow but when I watched this I def could've controlled a little better.

Next I'll grab the dumbbells and if you don't have dumbbells you can just do another set of regular pushups to sub in. This was my 5th set of doing this so don't mind that I didn't do the full 10😅 that shit hurt🤣🤣

Next I'll either do another set of incline (I love the burning feeling when I do these) or I'll go to a counter top. Either way if you use a couch or a counter top make sure you got enough traction so you won't slide or knock your teeth out your mouth 🤣🙃

Finally , me personally I like to end every workout with a burnout which is just quick reps with no count. Just go till you can't go anymore and with these I'll use the dumbbells, do a regular set or as you can see I'll do knuckle pushups to focus on core stability as well
