What a load of bollox. Hydrogen is hopeless as a vehicle fuel, it is itself a greenhouse gas and making it from fossil fuels is not zero-carbon. And it's downside is NOT just production cost: it's the cost to transport and use. So geological hydrogen doesn't make any difference!
