Had a really inspiring day at UCL Eastman. As I come to the end of my training, I really will miss my very very lovely Professor.

Solidarity with the junior doctors. Forced to work in unbearable conditions, with lack of staff, sickening accommodation, a broken NHS, unsociable hours, crazy commutes, no pay rise & often being talked down to.. enough is enough. #ISupportJuniorDoctors #juniordoctors

@_dr_bal @veggieequallife This sort of stuff makes me so bloody angry. Like what do these people think they’re achieving for the health service? How can they expect anyone to flourish and thrive developmentally under these circumstances?? Thats leaving out the grim mental health consequences too.

Being alone is underrated. To find yourself, you must sequester yourself. It's a break from the constant social upkeep, to relax your body and mind for the next barrage. It's a deep breath between the stilted social engagements that are only inevitable.

4. The UK is forecast by the IMF to be the only G7 country with negative growth this year and we are the only G7 country that still has a smaller economy than before Covid. Bloomberg Economics says that Brexit is costing the UK economy £100 billion a year.

I visited Birmingham today after 2 years & it felt like everyone was so relaxed & chilled… it was nice. The fast pace of London has become my norm, and although I did miss the midlands, London has now stolen my heart.
