Flashback Friday A couple years ago I was road-tripping from Las Vegas through Zion National Park and then down into Arizona. The hikes were amazing, but after hours of driving and moving through the canyons, I could feel my body needed a different kind of challenge.

Sounds like a joke…and in some way it is. Because there are definitely other things I’ve uncovered about my perfectionism over the years. But here’s the big picture: it’s crazy how the littlest moments you experience as a child can condition you…and then carry into adulthood.
