Have to give @TalkTalk credit where it’s due. Following that terrible service last week, the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Wasn’t a great experience to have to go through but I’m glad that they were able to resolve it swiftly after I expressed my concerns

Curious to know if anyone else has had huge problems with @TalkTalk customer service? I’ve just been called a lair due to them not having notes of me notifying them of my mum’s death on not one but TWO occasions. Absolutely disgusting. Nice one @TalkTalkGroup #disgusting 👍🏾
