@JDVance I don’t doubt he is affiliated with MS13 but this requires a judicial finding which to date does not exist. The government must present evidence and obtain a judicial finding before the “terrorist” designation can have legal consequences. Due process must be followed!

@JDVance Sorry JD, surprised at u. Withholding Order of Removal is NOT self-terminating - should have filed a Motion to have it lifted - it would have been granted - then deport thereby steering clear of playing into what I hope is false accusation of being an authoritarian administration
