I hate to feel like shit, have no energy and have these destructive thoughts.. I hate myself for it.. I just miss feeling happy..

And again a shitty day in my shitty life. Does it ever get better?
I just can't anymore.. I need help, but I am to afraid to be helped..
Falling back down, I just can't stay strong anymore.. Just how far will I fall this time?
Seriously only one person that is keeping from doing it.
Sometimes I have this urge to buy a plane ticket and leave this whole life behind. Just start over, without looking back.
I would like, 2 burgers, 1 coke, some of that self esteem. Oh and top that off with a new handsome face. Can I pay with fat and ugliness?
Ups and downs? The ups are low, the downs never ending deep. I hate myself.
"I want to die.", the thought is going through my head more often every day. Strange since I actually have the feeling I am doing better.
