Finding your audience is not that easy. Assumption: sales tech -> audience = sales people. But it turns out that sales operations or revops are probably more interested. We will see. Off to the next interview session.

Last month I started a new project. It’s going to be a SaaS product in the sales tech industry. Step 1 is to verify the idea. I talk to potential users, trying to understand if the pains I assume are real. Goal Q1: A minimum of 30 interviews. Current state: 7

Don’t get me wrong: agencies are cool. But please, PLEASE, stop lecturing me in calls. Especially, when your knowledge is outdated. I know how marketing works.
