I tried therapy, I tried recovery, but its not for me. I cant do it. im back.
I cant deal with this anymore. eating disorder, self harm, anxiety, depression, im just so done.
I tried to get better, but im just getting worse. ive started therapy, had 2 sessions, but im quitting.

The feeling of total isolation, Of being stuck in the corner, Of not having enough room to breath, Of feeling the corners cave in on you.
I drank 10 glasses of water today and 500 calories of food. im so messed up.
just in the last week ive cut out soda, lemonade, and bread.
I can feel myself slipping worse and worse in this eating disorder but I cant stop it.
bread is slowly becoming a fear food for me..
I want to purge before I even eat anything. is that bad?
