@malwaiaggarwal @D_Lich_King @Leo_Ajay_Singh It is regarding blood removal while slaughtering. In Halal most of the blood is removed. In Jhatka method a lot of the blood is retained. So that's what the study says in meat with more residual blood there is higher bacterial count.

But Halal has one advantage that it drains most of the blood(exsanguination) which reduces bacterial growth. PLOS One 2016 peer reviewed study supports this.

I recommend rewatching just this small sample to understand what is going on: 2:10: Arsenal first possession and Havertz drop deep to test their m2m press, Kim follows him until 2/3ds of the pitch. 2:40: Only 30 seconds later, the play ends with Madueke with the ball on the side of the box, and Havertz is already in the box ready to recieve. 3:20: Havertz does his first overload to the right and Kim follows ONLY to the edge of the box as Stanisic takes him and Davies goes on Saka. 3:58: Havertz drop deep yet again and Kim follows him to 2/3rds of the field 4:30: Again, Havertz drop deep and its now Stanisic that follows him, creating an issue for Bayern since now Davies is on Timber and Saka at the same time. First movement that creates an issue for Bayern 4:45: And again, Stanisic follows Havertz, so we go long because Saka is on CF positions with Kim and Timber at the wing vs Davies. Play finishes with a pass from Saka to Havertz into the side of the box who crosses back to Saka for a shot that is blocked. Movement again generates space to exploit and Havertz goes from DM positions into the box in no time. 6:23: Next possession we try again, Havertz go deep and Kim follows. Timber moves into CF position making Kim jump back and now Havertz is in space btl.
