Bought some Nike refurbished shoes after being told by associate they have a 2 year warranty against defects. Well, falling apart. Bought after warranty expired (manufacturing date vs purchase date). Very misleading. Do better. @Nike

@Budget how are you making random charges to my credit card without permission OR without me renting a vehicle?!
@bathbodyworks Complaint about a leaky car fragrance refill (clips into vent). Must have punctured when I was placing in holder & it dripped below to where my air system buttons are...now one is stuck & will cost hundreds of $$$ to fix. Design fail for this customer, for sure.

Hey @KwikTrip the amazon.com gift card deal was great, but if the offer was through today (and didn't say while supplies lasted), bummed that they're sold out at locations I've been to! :(
@SouthwestAir Now if only the drink coupons I found from 2018 meant anything! 🍺🍷
Shout out to @SouthwestAir! Our flight was delayed today & by the time we got to the gate, everyone had vouchers to be redeemed on a future flight! Nobody had to ask, complain, etc...it was already done. So refreshing to see quality customer service! ✈️🌴🌞
Even though they both operate under @Expedia, @Hotwire clearly knows how to satisfy customers...take notes, @OrbitzCareTeam!
Disappointed at lack of options for a recent booking -- asking to make a simple change where neither @OrbitzCareTeam or @SixtRentACar would lose money, but they simply pass the buck. Frustrating to say the least! And borderline fraudulent...
