SaaS users often leave within 10–20 seconds when the first screen is unclear, overloaded or asks too much too soon. What annoys you most on first screens: vague copy, too many CTAs or instant pop-ups?
@deanwperkins The part that's easy to skip is deciding what the page has to prove. On the logistics one, the strongest evidence on the screen (3M+ tons delivered) is also the smallest thing on it. The headline is doing work the number should be doing.
