@mikekarnj Today started using Hermes beside Grok Bot. Grok Bot for business is doing a very good job. Still testing Hermes, asked grok bot to give me a zip with memory and skills so I can migrate it to Hermes. The coolest thing about it is that it creates self-improvement skills.

What I got wrong at first: I gave the agents too many instructions. Their playbooks grew to 5,400 lines. I cut them to about 2,550, with one good example per writer, and the output got better. It's always good to ask the primary bot to review and find gaps/redundancy to fix.

Grok @bot is insane! I started handing the monthly product releases at my job to AI agents. Release notes, help articles, website updates, emails, videos, all in English, Turkish and Arabic.
