Just taking a walk when I was pondering why my mind associated Indians AND Muslims with 7-11. I understood Indians but not Muslims! Then, I remembered that Arab Muslims, led by Muhammad Bin Qasim, invaded India in 711 AD. Likely used the association as a crutch in past exams...

If a middle/high school student uses the resources available to them, they would have no trouble getting a full scholarship to their local flagship. This is ideal as, looking back, university was mostly a social experience, not an educational one.

Here's a side project ive been working on: An absurdly cheap and easy manufacture jet engine for long range UAVs. ($500, 10N thrust). I tried to do this back in highschool but now with the power of ANSYS, CF Turbo and JLCPCB its going to work this time.

I discovered @physicsgraph just a day before my flight and I haven’t been able to put it down since. Huge respect to @sutherlandphys and @JeffreyBiles for building something truly special. You couldn’t ask for a better introduction to node-based, spaced repetition learning.

This whole incident is a great object lesson for why having a solid world model is critical for rationality. Step (1) for avoiding believing false things is “know lots of foundational true things”.
