子育て支援ルームデビューしたんだけど、周りの子供たちが「あかちゃんカワイイ」って近寄って来てくれて、アンパンマンや仮面ライダーの話で少し盛り上がって、危うく一人称が「先生」になるところだった。保育士またやりたくなる😁

職場はまだ一度も陽性者出てないけど、どのくらいの保育園が休園してるんだろう。そもそも園児たちは熱出してもPCR受けずに終わるんだけど？そんなもん？

お引っ越しの日にちを決めていて、有休使って早めに退職するのなんて思われるかなぁって怖かったけど、なんとかなりそう！新しい職員さえ決まればもっとスッキリ辞められるんだけどなー

私のクラス、障害者手帳のある子が2人、発達遅延診断が出てる子1人、自閉的傾向のある子が2人、気になる子2人。来年度の保育態勢をどうしていくか日々会議されて、堂々巡り…。普通の保育園なのにこんなことある？ってくらい集まったな。みんなの職場はどう？どうしたらいいんだ！

今年度も残り半年。発達心配だなぁって思いながら過ごしてた子達が障害名やら病名やら付き始めてる。昨日年長さんがよさこい踊ってるの見てて、こうなれるのかなぁって担任たちは心配だよ💦
