Purchased a phone for my kid on @amazon the other day and I canceled the order because I found a better deal. Why they acting like they don’t wanna release my funds?

@AmazonHelp Which I find to be complete and utter bullshit because although I don’t work for my bank, I do work at a bank and we provide authorization releases all the time once the necessary info from the fucking merchant is received!!

@AmazonHelp Duh, I called my bank!! She told me that Amazon is to provide a 6 digit code to me so that I can provide it to them and then they would release my funds!! Your chat agent Joshua said there was no way to expedite the release and that he had no code to provide…
