出たの昨日と同じ職員だったけど、今日も体調悪いので･･････って言ったらさすがにおかしいと思ったのかなんかちょっと苦笑いっぽかった。ごめんなさいね、こちとら電話かけると思うだけで動悸と震えが止まらなくなってるのよ

それで自分に圧をかけて追い詰めてしまってる部分があることも自覚はしているんだけどね･･････。でも仕事である以上どうやっても無責任な振る舞いは出来ないし、手を抜くってこともいまいちよく分からない。そうすると気持ち悪くなっちゃうんだよな･･････。

「責任感じてくれるのはありがたいけどそんなに気負わなくていいよ」って言われて、多分悪い意味で言ったんじゃないのは分かるけど、わたしにはいい意味では捉えることが出来なかった。あの中で、こんなに責任感持って真面目にやってる人間の方が少ないけど、そんな私にそれ言う？

今朝連絡した時は別の職員が電話に出たからその人に休む旨伝えてもらうようお願いしたけど、「お大事にしてください」ってその一言だけで涙が出そうだった。たった一言、それだけのことなんだよほんとに･･････。
