Thoughts on a DA which utilises primarily twitter (maybe Tik Tok) to create awareness of current events through using infographics, headlines and sharing more informative news stories? Aim is to inform those that are time poor or lack exposure to non biased news. #BCM302

2040 uses the internet and helps shatter the top down communication films usually have. 2040 asks for donations to help fund the project and show their support. By using this method we can see what sort of content society actually wants to see #BCM325 documentaryaustralia.com.au/project/2040/

@_mikaylastott The documentary has to tread a careful line, being positive and highlighting potential solutions, without being overly reductive of the barriers to those solutions. Keeping things simple without being reductive.

2040 attempts to combat ‘ecoanxiety’ where the prospect of climate change causes anxiety. By addressing solutions which are currently available and imagining a future where we have eliminated climate change, he alleviates the ecoanxiety caused in traditional documentaries.#BCM325

2040 is a 2019 Australian documentary directed by Damon Gameau. The film explores the effects of climate change over the next 20 years. Gameau imagines a future where climate change has been solved by finding modern solutions which we could utilise today #BCM325
