Today’s call with @IndiGo6E customer care left me shocked—your agent was outright rude and dismissive. After months of chasing basic support, I’ve stopped flying Indigo entirely. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. #FlyersRights

Hey @IndiGo6E, I’m a loyal BluChip member (ID ending 550). After 6 months, 35 emails & 10+ calls, my flights still don’t earn points & vouchers (₹2,700) stay “invalid.” Your customer care was even rude on today’s call. Please fix this!

Chennai Airport is the most inconvenient I've ever been to. Landed at 12 AM, took 2 hrs to get out! Slow baggage, no help loading luggage onto a buggy, aggressive taxi touts harassing us nonstop, & a chaotic taxi stand on the 2nd floor. @aaichnairport, fix this!
