เมื่อก่อนเป็นคนรับมือกับการจากลายากมาก แต่พอมาเรียนที่ตปท. Class เรียนภาษา ทุกวันศุกร์จะมีเพื่อนร่วมห้องเรียนจบ บ้างก็กลับปท.ตัวเอง บางคนก็ไปเรียนต่อโรงเรียนอื่น เป็นอย่างนี้อยู่ 6-7 เดือนเห็นจนชิน มันโหว่งๆแหละ แต่ทำไงได้ ไม่ทีใครอยู่กับเราไปตลอด
บางครั้ง Introvert ก็คือคนที่คุยสนุก เข้าสังคมเก่ง และสร้างเสียงหัวเราะให้กับคนอื่น แต่กลับมาบ้านแล้วรู้สึกหมดแรง จนกระทั่งได้ใช้เวลาอยู่คนเดียว ฟังเพลง อ่านหนังสือ หรือทำกิจกรรมที่ตัวเองชอบเงียบ ๆ ชอบนอนดึกเพราะอยากอยู่กับตัวเองให้นานที่สุด จนมีพลังพอไปใช้ชีวิตในวันพรุ่งนี้
เคยสังเกตตัวเองมั้ย ? บางทีที่เราอยู่ข้างๆใครคนหนึ่งแล้วมีอาการง่วงนอน หรือเผลอหลับไปแบบไม่รู้ตัว สิ่งนั้นมักจะเกิดจากการที่ทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจเรารู้สึกปลอดภัยเมื่ออยู่กับคนๆนั้น :) เก็บเค้าใว้ดีๆละ
อันนี้คือน่ากลัวมาก มีน้องผู้หญิงคนนึงอยู่บ้านกับแม่สองคน แม่เป็นช่างตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าเลยมีหุ่นโชว์ในบ้าน แต่แล้ววันนึงน้องกลับซึมๆ และกระซิบบอกแม่ว่า “หนูคิดว่ามีบางอย่างแอบอยู่ในตู้เสื้อผ้าค่ะ” (มีต่อ)
เมื่อ “โรค” เป็นตัวบ่งบอกว่าคุณคือคนรวย และอาจจะดีด้วยซ้ำหากตุยเพราะโรคนี้! ในสมัยก่อนมีบางโรคที่เกิดขึ้นกับคนรวยหรือมีอำนาจเท่านั้น และเชื่อกันว่าโรคเหล่านี้สงวนไว้กับคนมีกิน ทั้งขึ้นอยู่กับไลฟ์สไตล์ อาหารการกิน และอื่นๆด้วย เธรดนี้จะมาเล่าให้อ่านกันค่ะ (ต่อในเธรด)
เห็นดราม่าเรื่องเวลาคนมีเท่ากันให้ใช้พัฒนาตัวเอง สิ่งที่เราอยากเตือนทุกคนคือ *การพักผ่อน* เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาตนเอง ก่อนหน้านี้เรารับงานหลายจ๊อบ รับเสร็จเรียนหนังสือต่อ จิตแพทย์บอกแบบนี้ไม่เรียกพัก เพราะใช้สมองซีกเดียวกัน บางทีการพักจากงาน มันทำให้เรากลับมาทำงานได้ดีขึ้นนะ
