@kodiokeke @NaijaFlyingDr In the same post you're replying, the answer is there. Maybe you should read it again? Hint: it's literally the first sentence of the post.

And this right here is why mental health awareness is much needed in Nigeria sha. First, what is "mad" women? Then It's only when people have overt psychosis that they actually have mental health challenges and thats apparently the S.I unit to measure all others.

Postpartum depression is real but one thing i have noticed is mad women that have kids don't kill their kids, they will fight you if you even tried to take the kids from them Make out of this whatever you want

If anything is clear, it’s that we’re too deeply conservative for the kind of ‘progressiveness’ we like to cosplay.

Back here to say even the people you're making the policies for probably don't feel comfortable addressing you by your first name but you insist and when they do, this is what they get? She looked so deflated. Woh, everybody will be fine.

One of the lady graduating from UBA banking school said “Good Morning TONY” and Tony Elumelu corrected her immediately As much as I understand she was supposed to say Good Morning Sir without mentioning his name But I think it was the training they gave them to address people

@efemjoba @lollypeezle And this! This is the issue of copying and eye service to look good on paper because tell me why you have a policy the CEO does not believe applies to him? The person that should be championing the whole thing? Serious fooling oh.

@AtehOfficial @sapphire_nifemi @AminuDalhat That lady did absolutely nothing wrong. You see this mentality...this specific one, its a very nigerian problem. A deep obsession with hierarchy and all that. Truth is, if this truly is your company policy/culture, it truly shouldn't matter who embraces the culture.

Then there's me thinking this was a way for a leader to...I dont know, lead by example? My understanding is he instituted a first name policy (not sure why exactly since its clearly not a culture he cares for) but does not want to he addressed by his first name?

I have been privileged to work across over 20 countries including the United States and UK as a Gen Z. In many rooms I have been in, I was the youngest person. So I can tell you, the greatest skill you need in your corner is not your certificate, but the ability to work across

@ruzzepi The ACTUAL funny thing is...she addressed someone who told her to move over when she was dancing in front of tems or something equally stupid that same night, so..... She gives off very weird energy.
