I couldn't go through with killing myself, but if I was walking across the road and a car was coming, I wouldn't move out of the way.
Just wish I was a normal happy healthy person, not a fat, ugly, depressed, suicidal mess.
Everyone just asks if you're okay to be polite, not to actually know if you're okay or not, no one actually cares.
When asked "are you okay" everyone wants a simple answer "yes" not the truth
