I'm recruiting for a CRM Manager (mat cover). Responsible for ensuring our campaigns are full of engaging content that tells a compelling story and meets the needs of uni applicants and enquirers. We're using Reach - MS Dynamics. bit.ly/44ItAyH
Waiting 12 days for a delivery that's needed for Thursday from @hm_custserv and nobody can help me. Might hear back from a manager in 48 hours when it's entirely too late. I wouldn't mind but I paid for delivery 2-5 days. Terrible customer service!!!

Really poor customer service from @DXdelivery. Two hours after the two hour delivery slot they can't tell me where the delivery is or how long it will be because "the driver has decided to change his route". When it does arrive there is broken glass stuck in the box!
