13.6.25 received fully damaged sofa that without any packaging from @amazonIN at night 12am & when I refused to take it the delivery person left the sofa outside the house, when complained it to @AmazonHelp they are asking me to to pack the sofa & deliver it to then back cont..

My flight got reschedule due to which my connecting flight is getting missed tried 2 connect to @VietjetIndia @bookingcom No answer from side or proper solution, we paid such a high price for this flight & now no one is bother to answer. @DGCAIndia
