It's funny how NYC has a zoning code of a couple thousand pages describing in meticulous detail what buildings can and can't look like, and how they can and cannot be used...but also an unwritten rule that certain businesses can just store cars on the sidewalk.

Watching the trains whiz by at Jefferson Station is a reminder of how much latent capacity SEPTA's Regional Rail has, but we're not going to get all day frequent service unless SEPTA and our electeds prioritize Reimaging Regional Rail project (which doesn't seem to be the case).
