just felt more fun back then. ES2015 was new, React was getting popular, we had tools like babel and rollup and parcel and jest and prettier all coming out, lots of experimentation and new stuff to play with. feels so corporate and entrenched now by comparison. idk

Is there a framework that sits on top of graphql? Crazy that with apollo-client you still have to spend a ton of time thinking about cache invalidation logic.
