IValue Listed at Discount & JD Cables where GMP was around 30% lists only at 5% Premium. Because of so many IPOs , listing gain will be less & good companies with reasonable valuations will perform after listing. So Focus more on valuations & business models instead of GMP.

Most IPOs show strong growth pre-listing, but 90% see profits vanish & valuations correct 40–50% in 1–2 yrs. Don’t chase past numbers—focus on future & valuations. Don’t forget: when 100 PE → 50 PE, you lose 50%. So Be cautious 👍
