Nature, Jesus, water, FaceTime, science, long drives, devotions, studying/reading at a random spot, feeling the presence of God, driving in the rain, early quiet mornings, smell of coffee, clean space, cleaning, fresh out of the shower #thingsImThankfulFor

I just want to do it right by God and for God in every area of life because my way is a disaster x’s 900. But oh how He loves me in every bits of my weaknesses, failures, maturity, and joy.

Everything I’m speaking of are things I’ve wrestled w and God saved me from. It’s pure recognization & proclamations of how good God is. A salvation + love I didn’t earn and don’t deserve by the just and pure holy standards of an amazing God.

Being ethical, working diligently to help others, and giving to charitable causes are all commendable, but all of our good deeds cannot save us or make us right with God.

And I couldn't earn it, and I don't deserve it, still, You give Yourself away. There's no shadow You won't light up Mountain You won't climb up Coming after me. There's no wall You won't kick down. Lie You won't tear down Coming after me. @CoryAsbury

When I was Your foe, still Your love fought for me. You have been so, so good to me. When I felt no worth, You paid it all for me You have been so, so kind to me. oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God Oh, it chases me down, fights 'til I'm found. @CoryAsbury

The party + alcohol, short lived lust + loves, inconsistent company, money, success, self esteem, self loathing. Most of my life, here today, gone tomorrow. Where are they now? Everything this world has to offer is so freaking EMPTY. I chose you Jesus. You’re all I’m living for.
