It took a few hours, but finally got a gRPC client working in swift. Holy shit gRPC is fast.

It’s pretty crazy how strong the correlation is between eating clean and my health. Of course this is the case but I’ve never been able to track it before. I ate shitty (delicious) dinners Friday Saturday and Thursday, as the RHR and HRV show. Pretty cool.

If I could go back 2 years and tell my younger self anything it would be to ONLY build shit that I would actually use, not what I think others would use. Yes products are only successful if others use it, but don’t forget about the 2-5 years it will take to get others to use it.

About once a year I find myself updating Xcode to write an iOS app again, and somehow each time I am still surprised at how miserable the development experience is with Xcode. I have a $5000 MacBook Pro and somehow Xcode still regularly becomes unresponsive and laggy.
