The interesting thing about the crypto/blockchain space is that it keeps showing us how broken our software engineering culture is. Simple mistakes cause immediate, and often immense, pain. There's no simple way out folks, it's back to school or things will only get worse.

Ecosystem thinking is gaining traction, as today's Tegenlicht episode shows. We need a better economic model, and this time with transparency and fairness in its DNA, and with a voice for every consuming or producing resource. That's why our Smart Ecosystem approach is valuable!

Hear! Hear! The problem is the 'move fast and break things' is very much part of the current software engineering culture, which in turn is largely rooted in the startup culture. But not all software is for startups. Even if it were, stakes are rising: Playtime is over.

Met Smart Ecosystem Engineering (SEE) ontwikkelt de Web11 beweging technieken om die ecosystemen SMART te maken. Dan zijn de stakeholders in het ecosysteem in staat zelfstandig weer in balans te komen. Zie het als een besturingssysteem voor Smart Ecosystems (Smart Ecosystem OS).
