@MarcoGlo_ I disagree, call it cope, but I think when we have the pitchers trickling back going into September and October the cubs will be able to compete against anyone in the playoffs. If they weren’t the wildcard leader then I would agree but they essentially have a playoff spot locked.

@FlippinBatsPod @BenVerlander You aren’t penalizing ohtani for only pitching half a season. There is nothing to penalize because he hasn’t pitched in 2 months, which is the point. 95% of innings with PCAs defense is more valuable than 5% of innings with ohtanis pitching.
@suzukiplshomer He pitched 3 innings on Tuesday, he likely would be available to pitch today anyways.
