Clear statement of intent & purpose from P&G, extending IOC partnership for 8 years - focussing firmly on diversity and social impact. Essential to be strategic, meaningful, and purpose-led. Any attempts at bandwagon-jumping will alienate consumers and fans very quickly ......

A stark reminder that we truly have a long way to go. Any NGB funding from the public purse must be predicated on a Board that is representative of its stakeholders... We achieved this with women on sports boards, but we must go further...

One year ago today. 🇫🇷 v 🇰🇷 in Paris at the @FIFAWWC. Incredible memories of an incredible month that followed. Grateful to @SarBareman for giving me the opportunity to work the entire tournament. Met so many wonderful members of the women’s football community along the way.
