Absolutely no civic sense left. @MumbaiPolice has no control currently. It's already past 12am but still there's Garba ongoing at several places within Mumbai. Who has given permission for all this? Earlier there were strict timings followed, what happened now?

This is such an incapable govt. The travel time from Borivli to Palghar is over 5 hours these days and the govt has absolutely no solution to this. @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis A good tar road earlier is dug up to favor contractors. @AUThackeray
