Absolutely no improvement despite the resolution given. I had a simple question which is still unanswered, “what is the upload and download speed I can expect out of my connection”. Please find the screen shots for pathetic network both on data and voice.

I don’t see any improvement on data... time line was 29th Oct 2019.... I am literally struggling..... is this how you treat you 15+ years of customer.
